controller stops working randomly

I have had this problem for a while just wanted to see if anyone has a fix but sometimes my controller just randomly stops working in the server but i works outside of it and the only way to get it to work again is closing fivem and opening it again

M menu wont show

Hello, So i joined RSM today at 3 am I've downloaded scripts and everything i went to the game i played some free roam games so i know some kind of things than i opened my M menu it worked but after sometime my game crashed than I restarted the game after that my M menu wont show i restarted 4-5 again but it wont show any helps?

No FFB?

Got my wheel and pedals recognized by game, I am able to drive however without FFB drifting is basically impossible and the in game menu for the Manual transmission mod only has three options (No ability to configure settings just turn on and off manual) Is it not possible to get FFB in game or am I missing a setting or something?
