Game wont allow me to load in.

I've checked the firewall. I have restarted/updated any drivers and still nothing, it gets stuck on the pack 32 evertime as well.

ping is way higher than normal

I know this probably not the best place to ask but i don't really know where else to but for some reason my ping is way higher than normal I normally get around 80 but out of nowhere today it started at like 140 but now it's at around 208 anyone have any suggestions on what i can try to fix it

issues with my fivem or the rsm server

it is taking very long to spawn cars in and sometimes it doesnt spawn. second when ever i teleport somewhere it is invisible and got be falling in the air above a ocean. third it takes very very long to spawn in peds,cars,etc.
