Radio DJ Thing (finding it not closing it)

Seen lots of posts about how to get rid of the DJ thing, but i'm struggling to find a way to bring it up, or even find out what it is... For clarity, i'm referring to the DJ box thing that comes up at the bottom with songs playing. Is it tied to a particular radio station, or function key? F12 doesn't seem to bring it up....

Yo, any of you have an idea of where personnal presets are saved. I know that vMenu personnal settings are saved in CitizenFX but this is not what i want. I want to know where the Handling Editor ( F7 Menu ) Personnal Presets are saved. If someone has an answer, i would be glad to know, thx

Advantage of lvl 100

Besides unlocking cars through drift scores, are there any benefits of reaching a higher level? The one thing I did find was the Eclipse apartment only.
