Bugged Server Join

Ive tried to join the server and wehn i do it says both lobbies have no players at all I then join the chill and drift which is my main and it shows me kills and deaths and NPC cars Which is not in chill and drift i even restarted my FiveM and still the same result...

Invisible Body Parts

For some reason whenever I try to make an MP Ped, whenever I change the "Upper Body" section it just doesnt draw and makes my body invisible, and clothes also aren't drawn in, is there a reason why? I have the texture budget all the way up.

Can't connect to the server!
