VOIP volume and personal vehicle question

I have all my audio settings set correctly, yet when ppl talk in game i either cant hear them or their voice is super low and can barely hear them. How do I fix this? Second question: If i have a saved vehicle that i modded to specific preferences, is there a way to be able to have my friend spawn my saved vehicle with my settings without having to walk them through everything? Any help is much appreciated.

Raiju Weapons Not Working

Hey folks. I'm trying to use the weapons on the Raiju jet fighter. I've made sure that I'm not in any sort of cooldown and that I'm not in passive (and of course, I'm in the PVP lobby), and yet I cannot use the jet's weapons. Are weapons enabled for this jet? If so, how do I get them work? Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance!...
