HTTP 403
Havent logged into this server in a long time, but wanted to come back today.
Never seen this error, and at the bottom it says "Sorry you have been blocked".
Was I banned??...

I have played on this server for many many many hours in the past. I have been on another server for a week or so. Have come back and been greeted with a "YOU HAVE BEEN BLOCKED" message? I mind my own business on servers. Normally come in solo and just cruise around in cars. Never cheated in a multiplayer game etc. Any reason for this block?
Can only just make out what it says at the bottom but still weird?...
It wont connect to server :(
So yesterday i played normally and connected as usual, but today it wont connect. It says that I am not recieving or sending DUP packes, something like this. I restarted my PC because it was runing for few days without turning it off. And its still the same.

didnt give me the r34 when i reached 30m drift chain, have looked at rewards and does saay 30m.
cannot appeal ban
received a 1 week ban this morning and iβm trying to appeal it and hereβs what iβm stuck with how do i fix this?
Noclip makes me transparent
I wasn't sure if I'm an idiot or if I'm bugged, but I've noticed that when anyone else noclips(F2), they move around fully visible. But when I do it, I'm semi-transparent for others and others are that for me o.O It stays that way for like 30 seconds after I noclip. I tried to see if it was a setting, and it's even persisted after reinstall. I wasn't sure if it's supposed to be that way or if I missed something
