Lag

Can someone explain why I lag so damn much even when I'm playing in my own server region, and this only happens in CW and no other Roblox game. Even when my ping is stable people still teleport everywhere and I get hitmarkers on people standing still. This has been happening for around a month. Roblox issue or what?

music ids and image ids

there are websites where you can get and use cw id codes for kill sounds but none for music. all that shows when you look up music codes are yt vids where you have to sit through like 20 songs and theyre all trash. is there at all any way i can make an id for myself and get it approved? same goes for image ids, is there a way to make something on roblox and put that id onto the flag?
