High Ping in SG Server

for the last few days, my ping is around 100+ ms (usually i only get 40 ms)m I didn't change any settings, wifi router, or anything that can affect my ping. This isn't the very first time this has happened. Usually I just wait a few weeks and it's fixed, but it's really annoying. Anyone with the same problem?...

Audio issue

I recently got a new pc and when I plugged in my headphones audio was so bad, I had to fix it through realtek audio console and I updated windows to windows 11 24H2 and the same issue happened even after using the realtek console. I did the troubleshooting a million times, updated realtek audio drive and still nothing changed. Is there a solution to this problem? Specs:
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB Eagle OC...
