Help w/ pc stuff

So I know this isn’t a valorant related topic but none of my friends know anything about pcs so I decided to ask for help on a global server So basically I have a thermalright assassin spirit 120 EVO and it has 3 cables (4 pin PWM, 3pin ARGB, 3pin argb but with pins) The question is what does the 3pin argb cable with pins do? Because I can plug the PWM and the ARGB cable both into my motherboard and the ARGB cable with pins has no use whatsoever? What should I do with it?...

it said it detected a TPS on my system and then banned me for 4 minutes? like exactly 4 minutes i don’t have any TPS and i disconnected with error code 185 meaning it was a normal disconnect at the exact same time this happened? very confused right now

Packet loss and high ping when seeing enemies

Everytime Im in a match in the buy the phase the ping is all good but as soon the buy phase is done i have 70-90 packet lost. This even happens in the range when i press practice and the bots appear I have huge packet loss...

ALT tabbing on valorant freezes the screen

alt tabbing on valorant freezes the screen, ctr alt del dont work, mouse dont move, however i can still hear audio (in game audio, comms etc etc) and the only fix is to force restart the pc, does anyone know the fix?

extremely long load times, anything I can do to fix this?

So I got a laptop for christmas, like 2019. I used to play valorant a lot and the load times were normal like just you know, a good 10-20 seconds. Fast forward to now and I don't even play anymore because of how bad the load times have gotten. I turned down the graphics on everything to low and off, nothing changed. One time this guy told me I needed more "ram" (I don't know what that is) for my laptop into valorant but I don't think I can add more because you can't really open up the laptop and add a ram or whatever...!?!?! If anyone knows a fix I'd gladly appreciate it ahahaha ........

valorant is causing my internet to disconnect every time i try to play but other games are just fine

i have to restart my pc every single time in order for my internet to reconnect and i try reinstalling but that doesnt work either

Hey so I was wondering if anyone can help me out my game some reason would freeze on the loading screen like when entering a match and I sent a ticket they told me I should do a clean reboot and when I did that I did all the steps and now I’m trying to open valorant and it keeps saying this over and over and idk what to do
