Is Cloudflare blocking my site?

If I use curl, with its default headers, I get a response saying that my site is unavailable (with a 404 response code). Rule to serve content from a different website for visitors from Quebec?

In light of "French First" legislation in Quebec, we'd like to redirect visitors in that provice who are going to our main website over to a page on our .quebec site. Right now the only options I'm seeing in the rules are picking ip.geoip.country at the country level, not the state or province level. Is there any way to target rules to geolocated visitors coming from a specific province?

Transfer domain registration to new cloudflare account

I want to transfer a domain registered on one cf account to another cf account, is there an easy way to do this? I followed the intructions an opened a support ticket but its saying that I need to reply to the ticket from the new email. But the new email did not receive an email regarding the ticket so I can't reply to it.

How to get notified regarding Origin Certificate expiration

How do I get notified when an origin certificate is about to expire? For example: I used to have a monitor notify me when the ssl was 30 days from expiration but that no longer works for domains that go through the Cloudflare proxy. I have referenced this https://developers.cloudflare.com/notifications/notification-available/#ssltls but it only seems to apply to ssl certificates that are purchased or uploaded through Cloudflare....

I need help with adding SSL certificate to my website.

I have followed thousands of documentation on cloudflare just to fix this. I am using windows 11, so i am using nginx to self host my website (for now). I have bought a domain in namecheap and i have no clue how to write the nginx config so that it is configured in a way where SSL and dns is routed through cloudflare and all of that. Before attempting to use Cloudflare I used ZeroSSL and they gave me a certificate.crt and private key and it was working fine I linked the .crt and key in nginx conf and that was it but i was not so interested in using that as Cloudflare is 100x better and it can do the same job but there's no exakt documentation for my case and im surely hoping someone has had the same issue as me....

Hosting an API

So I am new to making web apps and I was trying to make a website with express in backend. I didn't want to spend any money to host it so i tried vercel and after countless errors and asking for help in various server, it turns out u can't host your own api endpoints on your vercel app. So I took some advice from other people and they told me to keep the API on a different server. I remembered that my friend and I share a VPS so I hosted my API on it (Without any domain so i was making requests using the VPS' ip). It worked like a charm on my local machine but I guess vercel doesn't allow outgoing requests to urls without https (SSL certificates) and since my VPS doesnt have a certificate vercel kept requests to it. I asked for help about this and someone told me to try cloudflare and they also mentioned pages and functions. I've never used cloudflare before so I have no idea what to do. Please help...

404 not served when route doesn't match uploaded asset with Cloudfare pages

I deployed a page but if I go to example.com/sdfsdafsd instead of 404 I get the contexts of my index.html. How can I disable this?

CF_REGISTRATION_MISSING

When I try to connect, I get a “registration missing” error. The error section on the website says that I need to reconnect to my Zero Trust organization, but I don't have any organization! Is this necessary? I have this program running on other devices without any Zero Trust.

A couple of questions about applying to the Verified Bot list

We have a form on our marketing site where potential customers can enter their domain, and we use a bot to visit their site so we can show the benefits of our product. 600010 Error on verification

I am facing an issue where real users see this error code and cannot pass the captcha challenge (Managed). I have confirmed that the configuration is valid and that it happens to the same users on different devices, with no extensions. How can i fix this problem, is there any more information i could provide to narrow down the scope? For now the only attribute that connect all the users is the error-code. Thanks in advance for help!

Billing payment link expired

Hate to reach out via Discord as well as via support tickets, which I submitted about 8 days ago (ticket ID 01043874). Im not sure how long this usually takes. However, I am trying to get my cloudflare payments working again as I did not notice an outstanding invoice for a few months. Pressing the "pay bill" mentions an expired link and billing@cloudflare is no longer a valid email address. Would love to get it sorted so I can continue using all the great services you provide.

Domain proxying not working after updating A record

We're moving from a site on Azure to a WordPress site on WPEngine. We also have a number of existing worker routes we want to keep running for the new location. We tested this setup on a test instance with a test. subdomain and everything worked fine. I updated the A record to point to the new hosting and waited for things to propagate (according to DNSChecker.org and other tools) and the DNS seems to work fine and the WPEngine site loads. However, none of the worker routes for the root domain work and requests for the root domain don't show up in the Instant Logs or in the HTTP Traffic. It's like the domain isn't going through CF, although I'm pretty sure it is. I cleared the CF cache and my browser cache multiple times. I also tried running the domain through a CNAME record with no noticeable change. You can see in the attached screenshot that requests to the root domain dropped off entirely soon after I updated the A record at around 9:30....
