Andronix server down

I try to install the modded version of ubuntu. But the app says no internet. I get a status page of Andronix and 2 of the 3 servers are down. Whats happening? #server

Accessing phone camera

Using the ipcamera app, I was able to access the camera though a browser in my Debian setup (Ubuntu had a black screen). I'd like to route the camera stream to /dev/video0 using ffmpeg so that an app can use it, but I am unable to access /dev. Are there v4l2 drivers missing that I could install to make this work? I haven't found much info online about this....
