Filament is sticking to the internal Teflon tube of the Hotend

Hello all, I have a Phaetus Rapido UHF Hotend and I'm calibrating the first layer, but although I can print the first layer without any problems, I can't make a second print because the filament gets stuck to the internal Teflon tube of the hotend. This is the second time I have had to disassemble it to unclog. I'm using the temperatures recommended by the supplier, and the filament is Elegoo PLA+. Could this be due to the filament or the Teflon tube? I really need some help, thanks.
Solution:
Thank you very much for your attention. I've solved the issue; it turns out the Hotend wasn't being cooled enough by the fan.

Residue build up at nozzle

Hello all, I run into a problem while printing PETG, a stringing filament. Some residue from plastic string build up on my nozzle and it is a hassle, Is there a way to prevent this?...
Solution:
No prob. After you dry it, do try and make some sort of spool holder inside the chamber if you have one and print from there. Otherwise, ABS ASA is the way to go

underextrusion-like artifacts at small layer heights

vCore 3.1 nearly latest RatOS Rapido UHF (Volcano nozzle) I use variable layer height with OrcaSlicer 2, at the small layer heights (0.1mm) there is something like underextrusion or a partial clog (looks like it, but is not that). In the middle, where the layers are higher (0.2mm) the print looks fine....

SuperSlicer 2.5.59 random Tool Change GCode

Hello! I just downloaded the latest superslicer and I am having an issue where my custom tool change GCode is being inserted at the beginning of every print. I am not sure if I am missing a setting somewhere that would be causing this or if it is an issue with the slicer. Looking at the GCODE I feel like the M600 should be commented out but it is not? Would love any insight. ```;TYPE:Custom ; custom gcode: start_gcode START_PRINT EXTRUDER_TEMP=250 BED_TEMP=108...

Holes at Z-Seam with large nozzle

V-Core 3 500 with Orbiter 2.0, Rapido UHF and a Bondtech CHT 1.2mm nozzle. RatOS 2.0.2. PrusaSlicer 2.7.4 Printing with any filament results in pretty severe underextrusion at Z-seam. Layer Heights between 0.2 and 0.6, layer widths between 1.2 and 1.6 mm....
Solution:
FWIW: I solved it using a „Deretraction extra length” setting of 0.4mm.

flow or z move issues

I'm having troubles getting a good print since a week. I recalibrated the flow, the z offset and the temp. But I'm having those aweful top layer issues. Top layer is rough and the sides are showing too much inconsistency. ...

Weird Artifacts / ripples due to Volumetric Flow Limit

So I just got these artifacts during a print on my VC 300. has anyone ever seen something like this? It appears on all arcs (inside and outside) except for the innermost ring. Also on the straight sections between the rings, but not on the purely straight sections that are above. ...

Rough artifacts on surface

I seem to have developed some rough wavy scarring on the external perimeters of my prints. I am sure something is loose or something, as this is a new occurrence after updating/rebuilding my toolhead to RR beta 2. I had found some loose grub screws on my pulley gears, I tightened those, and that fixed some other issues....
Solution:
I mentioned how I got a brand new rapido hot end....Welllllll.....they come default with a 0.6mm nozzle installed.....

Ringing/Artifacts Only in One Direction?

I've been having print issues where after calibrating input shaper, there is prominent ringing on only one side of a print. This ringing seems to only happen when the y axis moves in the positive direction, so it's not specific to the side but the gcode motion positive y motions. I've had this problem since I built this vcore 3 500mm. I've swapped all the idlers, flipped every linear rail, swapped the x axis linear rail to mgn 9. Swapped the x extrusion, swapped the belts in the complete 3.1 upgrade. I've swapped the motors, changed the joiners 3 times from the 3.0, aluminum 3.0, 3.1, to the aluminum 3.1 from funssor. I think I've swapped every single possible component of the motion system, I've disassembled the frame so many times to realign, and there's still the same issue on every single print. I've swapped out the cable chain for a chainflex cable, and now I have a canbus system. Resonances have looked perfect since I made the printer, and so do belt tensions. ...

Anyone have an idea why this extrusion multiplier test looks so bad/weird overall?

All of the squares have ridges on the top that i can feel, and they all have odd "patterns"? on the top as well as i heard it scrape a decent bit, i'm setting up the printer and doing the test to get it dialed in, and while doing the heat tower test, it kept knocking it loose, so i thought it was over-extruding so i decided to do this test instead, but am now at a dead end. anyone have an idea on how to proceed? my printer is a v-core 3.1 kit and i am using super-slicer

Terrible ABS Bridges on Orca Slicer

You can see the difference between orca and prusa. My settings are near the defaults, and I have increased and decreased flow, fan, temp, etc. Tried my best to have the same settings.

missing perimeters?

I tried switching from ss to prusa for the organic supports and the result was this mess. It's like it's not printing perimeters despite them being in the gcode and the slicer settings (2). Any ideas where my prusa config has gone wrong? Ss prints fine.

Anyone know what the most likely culprit for this PLA symptom is?

Anyone have any idea what might cause this sort of issue on PLA? I run into it frequently, but ONLY when all of the following points are true: - the print has multiple parts, so the extruder spends a decent amount of time off of any given part (only one part from this print is pictured) - the affected part(s), like the picture above, have a relatively steep outward overhang, extending over the build plate...

Seam causing issues

Having quality issues on my Ratrig which I don't have on my CR10 Two on the left are from CR10 and 3 on the right are from Ratrig. Printer settings are identical for Filament & Process (using Orca Slicer). The slicer is placing the seam identically in the same place between the two printers. Printing in different locations on the Bed gives identical results and so not a specific mechanical issue as far as I can tell)...

Prusament PA11 Settings

Hello all, so seeking some advice regarding setting for Prusament PA11. Seen some amazing results on here of super clean prints but I keep getting defects and blobbs of material. I have tried on Prusa slicer and now onto Orca so I can use all the calibration functions. And I still haven't been able to crack it. Of someone could shed some light on where I'm going wrong or share some settings that would be greatly appreciated 👌...

Layer width shrinks/expands when cooling bridges on top of infill

Im printing PETG in an enclosure, at 80/235. Im printing without the fan on, but I have to turn it on for bridges (first layer on top of infill). When the fan kicks on, I think it cools the newly added wall layer, and creates a difference in how molten the next layer is or something. Is there a way to avoid this?
