mechakeys acc linked to another

I had an old discord account which i presume it is connected to but that account is deleted as another person has gotten access to it and did not want to let them use it but now my mechakey is unlinkable

sound problem.

so basically. when i try going in a game like for example, CS2 mechakeys stop for some reason and when i alt-tab it starts working again, idk if it's me i've already tried making the software administrator and it doesn't work
